I'm looking for an experienced contractor to partner with on my first full flip; I own two properties and have done minor renovations to those properties but this is my first full flip with a full rehab so I want someone with experience to assist as I learn the ropes.

Excited to learn while I earn.

If the numbers still make sense after factoring in all repairs, it could be a great learning experience.

Recommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder (BiggerPockets: The Real Estate Investing Social Network), etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

Learning to manage locally is trial by fire.

I am still reading books and talking to folks with experience to learn as much as I can.

This is a great place to learn and further investigate investing in real estate.

My wife and I have been talking about doing something like this = rental properties, flipping, house hacking, etc. for some time and after we sold our house towards the end of last year (made a good profit) are finally in a position to pursue it.I am super-focused and excited on wanting to learn as much as I can and start this journey to financial freedom.
