I had no actual experience in anything real estate related but had owned a couple companies and had a track record in business and leading large teams.If you have any leadership background that would not hurt.Also, don't be high maintenance if you do get the deal as it will hurt your reputation in the relatively small industry.  

Today, someone in a leadership position will tell them to pay their obligation.  

Perhaps, under Elon's leadership, such accounts will either be given a warning or simply deleted.

If not, and it's just a small office with one broker and no other leadership, you might have to step above them to the local Realtor association or state licensing department.

I’ve been reading a lot of leadership books lately that really lean into that relationship with other team members and it’s definitely changed my view of how to approach everything.

I keep hearing about business development through "thought leadership."

I believe in servant leadership and I apply that to my team and how we serve the people and communities we engage with.
