You will have to get all the sellers to agree to ONE closing agent and ONE closing date....otherwise you are juggling knives.....and headed for an implosion at closing time..or should I say closing times... :-)  Funds wont be released until they all RECORD simultaneously...no funds disbursed for a partial recording....and how much is disbursed to which escrow company once they have recording numbers??

Since you've been already juggling property management on a 30 unit scale, why not start up your own PM company if you do buy another apartment building?

Currently juggling two jobs whilst investing.

We ahve a toddler and half a dozen part time jobs to juggle.  

It might be tough to juggle it all at the beginning but I’m sure I’d pick it up pretty quick as I currently run quite large projects for my company so I’m very good at organizing my time, other trades, have a good idea of how long things take, how much it costs, etc..

We all know BRRR is the ultimate goal, however, with us being so far away, it's just too many things to juggle without having a tried, tested and trustworthy team on the ground.
