Post pictures and symbols of things you want to do/attain in life, and look at it everyday.

When you want to tag, start with the "@" symbol  and then start writing their name and a list of possible users will show at the bottom of the "Post a Reply" box then click on the name and it will be inserted and shaded blue to show that it works.  

There are many success stories, but few who have chosen to be humble and show the world that status symbols are not the real definition of their achievement.

If you are, then just start typing their name after the @ symbol.

On social media accounts you type in the "@" symbol, then names come up for you to click on, I'm not getting that option.

When posting on a forum, use the "@" symbol before the person's name such as @Bret Ehlers.

Excel can open both but it takes a few stepsIf you open it in Notepad (or an equivalent text-editor, not MS Word) can you see the data or is it a jumble of symbols and nonsense? 

You probably are looking to find properties with Equity > $30,000 (that is the greater than symbol), or properties with Equity > 49% (greater than again).But maybe I'm wrong about this ...
