I heard a story today of a condo owner whose entire complex was lost.

I tell them the story of my neighbor whose pipes burst on the 3rd floor during a bad cold snap.

The one appeal that sticks in my mind was a single story house that the appraiser noted as having a balcony (!!)

We desperately need new homes being built.If SFRs are being built, they're slim 3-story units often under 1,800sqft and priced around $600k+.
