Now there is a new chapter in the chronicle.Cleaners went there this week to clean the place after it became cockroach infested from being vacant with rotten foodstuff for 4 months.When they arrived they found a dog in the house and a guy was seen jumping out of the second story window.

We did not really do much to this system on the upgrade, had to add AFCI breakers for the bedroom addition into a modern Square D panel.Termites -- During the renovation, we noticed evidence of prior infestations, but no live termites.

had a contractor recommended by a realtor. used him on some minor jobs, did ok.contracted to rebuild the inside of a small house that we found to be infested with mold and had to gut. gave 75% upfront (all materials and 1/2 labor), which i now know was a bad idea.

Sometimes you may have to empty the place because of some critter infestation :) then naturally repairs f you have to go as far as tenting it to get rid of the problem it may be worth it if its squatters you maybe able to arrange a deal to get afew tougher ones to hang around I know of one gentleman who if they have a car (he has a fancy high dollar pellet gun) starts with the windows after replacing some catch on if not have known him to pop the folks directly a time or two.
