At the moment I'm still some time away from investing in Lisbon although I'm interested to find out how you're looking for those deals -Are you using estate agents, a property listing site or direct marketing in the form of letters / door hangers? 

I’ve contacted NicklinPM and Key Properties at the moment .

But unfortunately at the moment I cannot recommend them until I see some real progress on my property. 

Id need to read up on this last part to confirm, but that's what im drawing from memory at the moment.

It’s actually not too bad of a timeline for the Bay, but was still incredibly frustrating for us.He also was living in filth and really trashed the place.

My best that I expect beat virtually all non commercial residential is over $20k/month- incredible rent growth.  

We're starting to see the fallout from this - borrowers cant exit deals without taking a loss but are refusing to accept this.SC seems to be doing OK at the moment, but Louisiana is seeing price declines.
