This would likely only come to friition and be an actual concern if the deal went south, which we don’t anticipate which is why we’re confidently moving forward with the deal.We’re fully subscribed with a waiting list!

I subscribe to several wholesaler mailing lists and recommend my buyers do too. 

However many agents subscribe to services that send them reports on the market, so they in turn can send them out to clients,  It is pretty easy to get on an agents email list..

If you find it that big of a hassle, you could always set up a google calendar for maintenance, colour code by property, and give them the option to subscribe.

yeah I have been a subscriber for a few years now, the software is so simple but the presentations look like it took hours to do, very professional looking and customizable.

And forgive me I’m not a subscriber to WSJ so didn’t get to read the entire article.

The complaints of note investors trying to purchase or invest in notes via crowdfunding platforms is that by the time they see the listing, the investment has been fully subscribed.  

There are many free reports you can subscribe to like :Marcus & Millichap,  https://www.yardimatrix.com , CBRE  etc. 

We tend to subscribe to one or the other depending on which side of the fence the we are on.
