But then the govt started busting people for not following KYC / AML laws so I said "F this"(on the bright side, last year I decided to bring up my old wallet.

They do not help you other than help lighten your wallet of your money, then ditch you.

I put new tile flooring throughout, added a closet to make a 3rd bedroom, new appliances, new paint, new counter tops, refinished cabinets and added new hardware, gutted and updated bathrooms, landscaped outside plus lots demo, fixed a roof leak, sheet rock work ect.. for $13,500.

Just like your dentist isn't going to steal your wallet while you're knocked out.

Either call your landlord and voice your concerns and see if they would address the issue or simply go to your local hardware store ( Lowe’s or Home Depot) and get a small piece of thin plywood or some other material to place over the hole that would still allow the lines to come through.

I used to accept rent payment for houses held in my own name through Google Wallet, where people could more or less just "Email me" the money.  

Take responsibility for them - go to local grocery or hardware store and get an insecticide spray and get after them.

Let's just say wallet shock doesnt cover it.

This house does need about 15k in cosmetic updates (paint, trim, door hardware, cabinet paint and hardware, counter tops, appliances).
