Our dream is to open a gym, and I envision that our real estate investing will provide the income and freedom to make that happen.  

Is it a 3br 2ba with a pool, gym, dedicated parking, and 5 minutes from the arts district?

It peaked my interest so at night from 930 to 1130pm almost no one at the gym.

I can exchange yard work or be there to motivate you in the gym if you let me shadow a deal or two.

I ask, because if your company is covering, than hotels are great, easy, and safe, and usually include breakfast and other services (such as a gym, taxi services, translation help, etc.).Finally, hotels have a higher standard of English, while many guesthouses and serviced apartment owners don't speak English at all.

I assume the major things we'd have to do is design and furnish a usable workspace-- wifi, desks, copy/fax/etc, coffee, conference room I was trying to decide if it's better to rent dedicated spaces for more or just have a lower price and make the rates similar to a "gym membership"modelIt would be in the Los Angeles area.

Was going through a refi on a condo and nearly right at the end I was told I could not refi due to the fact that my condo was part of a community that was a mix between apartments and condominium's and that due to the "shared" amenity areas (pool, gym, clubhouse, etc.) that I would not be able to secure a loan.  

The only industries that make money selling to people who rarely get the benefit are the diet and fitness gyms. 

My experience is that most people never use the gym in their building or house. 

Developers have so overbuilt the rental market and the Parents/kids these days want such lavish accommodations that anything not new and shiny with a gym and a pool won't move as easily!
