I mean, hey, I came late in life to financial sanity and the decision to invest and retire early, and made lots of stupid decisions early, but I'm in my mid 50's now and have people my age that are just pitiful.A friend of ours posted on Facebook that her husbands wallet was stolen and they don't know how they are going to survive till payday because it had almost a hundred dollars in it and now they can't buy gas to get to work.100 bucks is a disaster?

Have more business meetings with your spouse/business partner, fill up your car with gas to look for houses/going to the bank, you use your cellphone/computer/internet for work, you need to maintain your car for work to meet agents (oil changes, tires, rotation), dyson fan to keep you cool in the summer time, a ladder because, why not?

That I know of no one can go without eating, without buying gas to go to work on a project, without paying insurance on a vehicle they will use and they cannot work without tools.All expenses and items needed have to be itemized and agreed to before you make a commitment to a project with any partner.

In the process they shut off the gas to the hot water heater so they got to go without hot water, the kitchen stove, and the fireplace until I was able to get someone over to turn it all back on for them.
