The framers drink beer, the finish guys smoke weed, the dry-wallers are all on meth, the painters will take whatever you got, and the architect was on too much acid.

Construction, steel frame, wood frame, r-values,  etc. will vary depending on what the builder/occupant will specify and if they plan to use it alot on the road (as far as aerodynamics, weight, stability, etc.), I'm sure they would take that into consideration when it is built.
