Padre Island.

I have two beachfront condos in Marco Island.  

I have currently 9 completed waterfront homes furnished and ready for Airbnb on Ft myers beach estero Island. 

And just an fyi -  you are not required to have on-island management.  

Per my research, Kauai seems to be a good place to invest compared to the other island, would love to get your feedback.

I’m going to check this out I registered on the small business portal through Invest PR and I’ve done some research on act 60 but will be sure to reach out with best practices in REI on the island.

For a new investor, it's nice to know you're not on an island all by yourself trying to figure it all out.I did travel to Indianapolis to visit the team on the ground.
