That's in part a result of Series LLCs being complicated to set up and thus more expensive and thus more money that an attorney can charge you, part a result of it being a shiny new toy that every attorney wants to try out and set up, and part a result of attorneys wanting to provide maximum, duplicative, redundant protections for their clients (no lawyer wants to be the one who assures their client that their LLC is foolproof or to say that their proposed course of action will be fine only to later watch that client lose their business, home, car, coin collection, etc.). 

AnyOne doing this have a foolproof system that you can do from home?

Nothing is foolproof, especially if you have a lot of fools, but a little common sense and following the rules makes LLCs pretty good.

That being said, I've worked with several agents who had good online reviews but didn't turn out to be good agents, so simply working with the agent with the most 5-star reviews isn't fool-proof. 

Just make sure you disclose it.Even that isn't fool-proof because they can just sneak someone in through the back door or a side window.

Additionally, having them name you insured on their renter’s policy is a good idea, but not entirely foolproof.

REI isn’t a fool proof investment, it’s arguably riskier than the stock market due to the leverage.

I want it to include which materials to use, their product numbers, what each room needs to have in it, etc, all with pictures and descriptions making it basically fool proof.

Just don't be fooled that it is easy or foolproof.

It’s not foolproof as you’ll occasionally have someone forget.
