I am going to start direct mailing. I have investors and I would like to start Brrrring. Is there an effective way to find fixer uppers that y’all would recommend? I was considering fire damage, finding divorce attorneys, water damage, rodent/ insect people, contractors? AnyOne doing this have a foolproof system that you can do from home? I am interested in multis
