"green" items are not as flashy as a kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and many people will not understand the value of a roof w/ R60 insulation.

The gross numbers aren't as flashy as the bigger cabins, but when you look at the cash-on-cash, it's tough to beat.

No one on BP has the same story that you do, so just keep it simple, not flashy, and tell your story...then brief them on the property and offered terms.

Look out for flashy marketing about "ROIs you wont believe" or "Will sell out soon, must act now!!".
