Starting Out - Wholesaling and Flipping

Hi BP,

I am just starting out with my real estate journey with the intention of making this my full time gig as quickly as possible. That being said there is definitely a learning curve to this business so it'll take some time. I am in the Seattle area (Everett specifically) and, at least with the current level of knowledge acquired, am thinking to start off with wholesaling and flipping to get enough cash to then jump into investments that can generate cashflow. I'm continuing to learn through mostly online sources (free and paid) but if anyone here is able to provide any guidance - be that advice, networking opportunities, or potentially a mentorship - I would be most grateful.
