I came across Thach Nguyen’s YouTube channel and his course about couple month ago and considering sign up for his coaching course.  

Every marketing channel works (SEO targeting duplex sellers,  PPC,  cold call center, direct mail), and thats why they exist. 

If I can rent if for $3,000, I can afford to feed the meter for a year at $1,000 or more a month while I see where we are.

I also get the impression that this person, like many, wanted a mentor that would spoon-feed the whole thing to them, and basically deliver deals on a silver platter.
