I try for timeless old fashioned looks in my century old buildings, mid tone wood cabs (last in shaker), B&W subway tile baths.

Agreed with Krystle on being prepared to accept a lower rent especially if you want to get a tenant in there in a timely fashion.

I have 2 older retired tenants who still pay old fashion check in the mail. 

You should do something to help if you were not able to provide the window units in a timely fashion.

Worry less about fashion and style issues and more about logistics. 

Perhaps not in a 100% automated fashion like you'd like, but better than what we have now.We're always looking for specific feedback, so feel free too send me a PM and we can chat about your suggestions.
