Maybe, BP needs to designate a site just for Newbie's and make another one for the Pro's to expound on their endless knowledge together.

I have asked several other investors this same question and I haven't got more than a couple sentences from them, maybe its not specific enough, either way, I appreciate your willingness to expound on the subject a bit more. 

I'm not trying to start a debate, but I would like to expound on this discussion a little.  

Yet we continue to share knowledge and expound upon the abilities of the individual to be self-sufficient and financially independent. 

Lastly, could you expound on what you mean by #2, "online resources"?

They have recently passed new laws targeting wholesaling in AZ as well can you cite the code number  or expound on it please. 

I had come to realize this by working for both a large developer and a small, more traditional, firm but I am half way through reading a book called  How Real Estate Developers Think: Design, Profits, and Community and it has expounded on the knowledge I knew and how the relationship between architect and developer should be.

Love how everyone is an armchair economist now expounding on the yield curve when 2 month ago people couldn't spell the term out.  

Please expound on this for me.
