Operating Argeements with charging order protection clauses.

Need help locating a good multi-member LLC operating agreement which includes charging order protections. I have a WY based LLC and it will control my local (South Carolina) operating LLCs. Are there attorneys who will provide just operating agreements without having set up the full LLC? Should I look at Legalzoom or similar? My search results have been frustrating thus far.

YES I know I should consult an attorney and a CPA vs doing this myself, however, BP is here for learning, am I right?

Thanks to all that provide positive feedback.
