I would give written notice to the tenant of the violation, and then perform a property inspection in 30 days to see if you still see evidence of the violation.

Sometimes things pop up after tenant move in that were not evident before, so stuff happens.... but your list is pretty long to have missed all of that. 

This is evident from price increases every time you go to the store.

It also creates evidence of their "incompetence" for others to find if they go looking (think future clients).  

I've heard some of the same things about the property management companies and not being able to use the Margaritaville name and things but I don't have any concrete evidence to provide.

It's evident this review by J Muir is complete BS and very amateurish compared to other fake testimonials that sometimes can actually sound legit.
