It was done back in the 50s and they did a new entrance to create individual front doors.

George is about 40-45 minutes from the south entrance of Zion.

There is piles of garbage/materials in the front yard, and the drive-way entrance's have chain link fences in front of them. 

Both will have separate parking/entrances from street and I'll probably put a privacy fence along back side of apt so main home can enjoy backyard in privacy. 

The entrances need to be blocked, but then dealing with them properly means trapping and removing them.

Basement entrance through the garage, which had a side door. 2 bath upstairs and 1 *cough* "bath" down.

In other words, it is a 2 bedrooms condo-hotel that can be divided in 2, with 2 private entrances (=2 front doors).

Let who mows the yard keep the entrances cleaned and trimmed.  

I actually designed it for entertaining with a double-height great room and mezzanine that looks over into the main space; there is also an art studio with separate entrance that could easily be a 1-bd.
