If you have 2 phones, FaceTime with outlet test device plugged into outlet with one FaceTime displaying the outlet test device works far better than the $hitty device that is supposed to Make this easy.

Hi Tara,The 12 month seasoning is pretty standard as it is not lender specific - it's a Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac guideline.
