Hi folks,i'm looking for recommendations for a floor / counter top place in the tri-state area (it does not need to be the same place for both).

What makes this particular property special is that it is in DC, which is a very expensive market by the way, and it has high end finish such as custom cabinets, marble counter top & hardwood floors throughout.

Doors, hardwood floors, titles, tools, windows, appliances, kitchen cabinets, counter tops, and much more.

Not gutting, new shower surround, fixtures and appliances, counter top and maybe cabs if budget allows.

I would say 1 month left till the end of this project, mainly because the floors should sit in the apartment for a week to be installed, and I have to do granite counter tops for the kitchen.

Need a supplier of  budget priced kitchen cabinets and marble countertops.

I completely rebuild them inside and out and I can tell you I can easily spend 85k on a single family without even blinking.To give you an example, kitchens can run you 10k for the most basic gut/build out, I typically spend around 20k with Ikea (love their soft close and quality) + quartz/granite countertops + slate appliances.

I'm thinking something dark because the counter tops are light. 

If the answer to 2 above is to replace the sink is there a way to do so without destroying the counter top?
