ASAP - Document everything that has happened, dates and times and occurrences and composes a letter.  

So as an update, I've composed my letter and mailed it out.

It seems most of the St Pete forum is composed of newer investors like me who are unable to make recommendations on a CPA.

Notice the wording of the ad and how it is composed.
