I think I finally found a good opportunity but would like some assistance to help evaluate if my math/thinking is correct .The area that I am in is over saturated with investors due to the Destination Medical Center plan proposed by Mayo Clinical Hospital.

Also, the Mayo Clinic & CSX are here & some other big companies.

Unfortunately for us, the salaries we anticipate on making will not be enough to get us away from our student loans.Currently I am at a clinical rotation for 8 weeks which requires 2 hours of commuting a day (yay bay area).

Jacksonville Florida is a good market where I’m at we have 2 Navy Bases nearby, a Coast Guard Base, the Mayo Clinic, CSX, etc.

Another Duke Clinical Research building was being developed across the street.

@Dan R.One of the docs I work with lives in Ewa and kayaks to Makalapa clinic on Pearl.

Other options include a Regional Clinic, Mentorship and his Inner Circle. 

I am a pharmacist so I am familiar with how these clinics operate.
