Get all the information you can, then it's a matter of whether you're ready to take a leap of faith.

I took a leap of faith and purchased a distressed 6-Unit apartment.

I just consider us to be too blessed living here and have more faith in our market than I do others.

I missed her call but I always call back no matter what just as a good faith practice and to let them know I'll remove them from my list.

I would guess it could be done but you should really talk with a mortgage professional before taking that leap of faith.

Been driving for dollars making a list because that's all I can do rt now besides keep reading up and educating myself so hays what I would do because everyone says it works so I'm jumping in on faith after it .
