Due to all the tariffs and government sanctions it may be more cost effective for these foreign investors to use their properties for production and assembly. 

The dealer says his mover charges $500 just to give the estimate....The house is already assembled as a display house so it need to be deconstructed,moved and reconstructed.

I played around with some of the ways of looking at value in the Introduction to Real Estate Analysis article by J Scott, but whenever I think of an offer I get worried I am either insulting him or giving away all my hard work (3 years of time assembling lots and getting it through city approvals, and serving as an uncompensated GC for net zero energy certification and most of the site work).

I don’t think appreciation is as good a stick built and the way they are assemblied together makes them less desirable and prone to repair on the floor entry ways according to my contractor .

-read a lot / listen to podcasts 
-do research on different areas 
-call around and talk to different real estate agents and property management companies in different areas to get some more info 
-assemble a great team!
