I would recommend spending your morning commute listening to BP podcast or BP daily podcasts for microlearning, grab a BP book that piques your interest and read a bit every night before bed.

Whether you spend time networking, reading books, watching videos or connecting on bigger pockets or if you spend cash hiring a mentor, maybe partnering up with or doing free intern work for a real estate investor; whichever route you decide to go investing in yourself is one of the best investments you can make. 

We don’t update my photos frequently, but we do make strategic pricing adjustments to ensure the listing stays active and optimized on booking platforms.

I picked up the BRRRR method book and feeling confident in setting it all up (we did a similar process for our Airbnbs).  

It’s their full time livelihood to make transactions happen.  

Here is my method I got that has done me wonders, I used the method from Brandon Turners book on managing properties:1.)

Most of the BP guests are pushing a course or book or something, so they appear on the podcast and then disappear instead of hanging out in the forums to help others.

Saturation is definitely upon us but quality product continues to get booked just like other markets.

To set the stage, I'm owner of a short-term rental property in the Poconos in PA and we use a property management company for bookings, maintenance/cleaning, guest management, etc.This past weekend we had a guest booking but when the guests arrived Friday evening the house had no running water, though it had been running fine earlier in the day when the Property manager (PM) was at the house to give a final check and leave the welcome packet.
