I wonder if it's b/c they think they will lose their commission but geez, you'd think having a home listing that gets foreclosed on with no action by the agent should put some kind of blemish on the agents record.

As far as the mark on your credit report goes, I've heard it's actually a good thing to have a tiny blemish on your record.

It was simple to use; wet down a rag THAT YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT ANY MORE, rub the scratch cover in the direction of the grain over/into the blemish, let it sit for 5-10 min, and wipe off the excess with a clean rag THAT YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT ANY MORE.

I've taken to using glidden commercial matte paint for all rooms and semi gloss white for the trim as I've seen the matte finish hide any blemishes on the walls better and the semi gloss makes the trim pop.I haven't painted a ceiling in one of my rentals yet.

I'm a great tenant, I always rent a machine to clean carpets, paint any blemish to original color, heavily clean the house to lessen any burden.
