Has anyone else had a negative experience with a Rent to Retirement new build in Cape Coral?

i want to hear about it all. investors only tell me about the good stuff, i would also like to hear the bad. i know how it goes, not everything is black & white. investors only talk to you when they have good news, brag, or they want something from you. i like to find others to talk to once a week at least. need the motivation/accountability. i like to talk about real estate because it’s interesting.

Jan 2023 I purchased a property in Cape Coral, FL. 

I'm assuming I broke a mirror or walked past a black cat or something and just screwed my own luck somehow.

Fyi, the discussion went like this, she said I want a wrap around porch, grey siding with white trim, bigger windows, french doors, stainless appliances, black barn doors and shutters, etc., after which I put my foot down hard and said “dark grey or light grey siding?”

If I paid off the ARM, I would flip to black cash flow around $450 a month.
