It's very unlikely a tenant is going to buy a solar system and a Powerwall (plus it sounds like they'd actually need more than one Powerwall or even a Powerpack with extra EV chargers since you mentioned they have more than one EV, a single Powerwall wouldn't be enough in a situation like that).
