As I was doing my late evening drive through ;) inspections, I heard dog barking so I asked my friendly neighbor of the rental and he confirmed that tenant got a dog over the weekend.

I welcome any ideas or criticism as to what you all may think I'm doing wrong, or as far as what tree I should bark up, and where that tree is. 

Meanwhile he keeps barking about mold.

Late rent, not pay rent, noise disturbance from excess barking in the building, etc all legit reasons to evict a tenant with service dog? 

If your deal is somewhat reasonable and justified they won't be able to bark about it.

When walking outside I could hear the pup barking.

The all three dogs bark a lot.

With a slight staging.Outside with green grass cut yesterday, fertilized 4 weeks ago and double cross cut,  six $4 bags of bark and 3 $15 plants that are 18inches high.Don't need high end, Just clean and smart and flow!
