My suggestions:* Requiring code compliance and safety equipment is absolutely valid and should be part of the regulations* Requiring owners live within 15 miles is not necessary since poor hosts whether they're local or distant will violate the 3-5 warning system and earn a suspension.

I believe I would have won if I kept the battle going as the county code only required a Cul-De-Sac after a stub street hit a certain length which mine was like 100 ft shorter than......It just wasn't worth the time anymore so that's when I decided to just drop the money into building the Cul-De-Sac and developing the small subdivision to sell the to other buyers.

EVERYONE is trying to crack the motivated seller code with technology or other voodoo tactics but they fail to realize that the inherent simple characteristic of "motivation" is exactly that it can't be equated, formulated or coded.Motivation is not about "if you exhibit characteristics "X", "Y", and "Z", you have a higher chance of being a motivated seller".

If you’re paying off more than $1,500/mo I’d probably keep it barring any major upcoming capex. (3-5 years out so buyer wouldn’t automatically ask for it to be repaired at sale.)Good luck either way.
