So if there are people living there over 18 and not on the lease, they are in violation of the lease and the people on the lease are in violation for letting them be there..... but the landlord gets to ultimately decide who gets to stay and who has to leave..... depends on if they want to enforce the lease or notIf the landlord has any back bone at all, my guess is that they will make everyone leave..... that's what I would do.

I strongly believe over the past decade that the country has been riding on the backbone of the commodity boom and the main driver that kept it out of the Great Recession, and hence, the real estate boom.

I'm not sure what all the guidelines are for trying to enter the country and gain citizenship - but if the Mexican people are not willing to go through the process for fear - and maybe certain knowledge - that they won't be able to get in - I don't really blame them for trying to get into the country by other means.Much of the backbone of this country has been built and is being built - literally - by immigrants - especially by the Mexican immigrants.I had the opportunity to live in South America (Uruguay) for two years and witness people trying to get into the US.

If you cannot take care of little issues like this, maybe consider hiring a PM with backbone (some PMs are pushovers, never hire a PM that is a pushover).
