Cincinnati has multiple locations of Fast Track Auctions ("FTA").

I won the bid from the county auction. 

Has anyone had experience selling properties using a local auction?

Under the tax lien system, current law, the investor may file a foreclosure lawsuit when its been at least 3 years since the first auction but no more than 10 years.

Am I alone in finding that in today's market, wholesalers tend to be able to bring properties at the same price points as you can find by shopping at foreclosure auctions?

Also, the incredibly low interest rates and low yearly property taxes (depending on your location) help a bit on the cash flow end.From my understanding, opportunities exist in different cities in Spain, especially when considering distressed properties outside of inflated metropolitan areas (not to mention the alternative ways of acquiring property like judicial auctions, cash purchases, etc.). 

Would love to understand any Jedi Mind Tricks to convince other investors at an auction to not bid.

I have a property won at auction that is in the redemption period... it seems insurance companies will not insure it since I am not on the deed.

I bought a property on the county auction site however the satisfaction of mortgage that was recorded now is found to be not legit, forged  and never paid off.
