my experience has been (1) I can obtain the same rental rate for a 6 month lease that I can for a 60 day “stay” if FULLY furnished (2) some of these 6 month rental turn into 2 years or more.  

Do you have other assets you can leverage (like a home equity loan) for that amount?

Doesn’t seem like a feasible plan.I am okay breaking even as real estate is a tangible asset with growth potential.

I am not against being able to sell the brand with assets attached.
