If they need to ask you for their website you have created an extra step (and quite an annoying one) for anyone to find you.3) A website is not some secondary thing you dig up and pull up when ever you think it comes in handy.

Honestly, I find it annoying how investors seem to think that doing a creative deal is some sort of right that sellers should accept.Anyway, sorry as iI find this annoying. 

Although this is only a minor annoyance, I'd really prefer not to.

I find them annoying and as odd as it may sound, I don't want to give people options.

I feel like the harder any company markets themselves the crappier their product or service is, especially annoying methods like spamming inboxes and vm boxes.

Your best bet to finding off-market properties is to do what wholesalers do, and annoy the hell out anyone with a decrepit property or needs money now like a FSBO.

So far I have just been stringing them along asking them to complete or provide documents for me (sellers property disclosure, listing agreement, survey, etc.) and then I pretend I never got them and ask for those same documents again and again and again until they get annoyed and stop replying.

If you are going to be upset about the occasional loud radio, baby crying, gathering like baby shower or birthday, then contact the person she asked you to deal with and figure out a solution or, even better, learn to deal with the fact that you live in close quarters and other people will be annoyingly loud sometimes when you don’t want them to.
