are you talking about guest or are their adverts that folks pay for to be on the pod cast..

I barely knew how to do the few things they had listed in the advert for an office manager when I went for an interview, but I needed a job.  

So the first column after description would be adverting expenses, then auto,  all the way to other, if I count it right, 15 columns.

Very bad situation.But sometimes, you need online adverts, and Craigslist is really good for that.

You definately need to consult an attorney before you move forward.. jail time comes to mind if you mess up.I see a bunch of "private money" webinars advertized by the gurus - might be worth checking out someone who is in the business.

ONe thing though that I see were folks just do not give enough information on their adverts  so they really don't know how to write an advert those folks are wasting their money and time...

When renting, include mowing the lawn as part of the lease or add the cost of mowing (eg $50 per month-because you don't have to cut the grass all year) into the rent and advertize it as such.If the tenants don't water the lawn, it won't grow as fast.put down landscaping fabric and some larger gravel with pavers and make part of it into a sitting area.

I took out copious amounts of expensive adverts on Trulia and Zillow about mid year, but looking back on my transactions to date, Bigger Pockets is by far the winner on quality leads!
