I had a call with a loan officer yesterday and I am very intrigued, but haven't heard much in recent discussions for this product or found anything in the search bar for this bank. 

He holds meetups for family offices around the world and those are free to LPs (at least those in the US).

If there is a due on sale clause in the loan doc then it doesn’t matter what the loan officer told you verbally.I’m not an attorney, but from my understanding of the loan is still in your name personally a good litigator can pierce the veil and your LLC protection wouldn’t amount to much.

Don't let them choose for you.Just inspect what you expect....Also I would talk to housing office in Memphis to get a feel of how many people are on the Section 8 waitlist, what kind of rents they pay, what zip codes are they targeting, see if they have any stats about how long tenants stay and average rent.While a lot of people try to look at google street view to get an idea of the neighborhood, there is no substitute for visiting in person.

I would send someone to their office and find a new PM immediately.

Traditional office spaces are difficult to find tenants for.

To newer investors, they may rely on their agents to act as the Chief Investment Officer, effectively thinking the agent will bring them only perfect deals that meet their investment objectives.  

There you will be asked your criteria and then after answering a few questions you will be matched with 3-5 agents or loan officers in your area.

We have emails, video conferences, secure portals etc etc.We do have a physical office, and half of our clients are local.
