I am not aware of hoarding being a recognized disability under the ADA but I cannot say it is not.

I have a client who is looking for housing with the following conditions:-Owner-financing and/or lease to own-400-500/month -one-story-30" wide exterior doors-Location flexible, can be in the greater Savannah, Hardeeville, Bluffton, Beaufort areaMy buyer is "able-disabled" mostly wheelchair bound and on fixed-income, she will be getting a grant to make ADA improvements to a home in 18 months.

I'm hoping Zillow will get on board an ad a "save feature" someday.

ADA laws do not require it.2.Yes People can have 2 service animal's!

In my opinion, I don't think  you need be concerned about an issue with the ADA.

The closet is approximately 5x6', so I could use the entire space and ad a tub or only use part and add a small shower.  

The property is a 100 year old storefront that got an adaptive reuse into a mixed use property by adding two apartments in the vacant upstairs.The building got a full overhaul in the process including all new HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinklers, structural repairs, ADA compliant bathrooms, and new storefront facade.

Your most expensive areas will most likely be ADA/Handicap access, Fire safety/prevention, and electrical (is this aluminum wiring and are the panels Federal Pacific?).  

A couple recommendations:  Our company policy is to pull the ad as soon as we get the FIRST applicant that meets our criteria.

There is nothing you can do about it.As for Fair Housing, my tenant’s neighbor will be protected by ADA - she has the right to move in her own house on wheelchair even after 11pm if she needs to.
