I am sorry i lost lot about 25k when i was a teenager my now dead grandma loaned me her life savings for my dreams.

This was a mom and her adult daughter (plus two teen age girls) who rented my house.Initially they faithfully paid the rent each month; even calling me to come and pick it up (yes; I was so new at the game I was driving over to get the rent). 

I have been interested in real estate investing since I was a teenager.

My wife and I have been looking at Real Estate pretty heavily for awhile now between our full time employment and 2 teenagers in the house and all their school and scouting events which take up a ton of our time.

Mother-of-Two is a single woman with two teenage daughters.

I had one property where they had a teenager sleeping in the basement and he had chopped up the wooden support beam with an ax (or knife).

I have had one potential applicant say they couldn't and let them know there are plenty of teenagers who would most likely be more than happy to do it for them but they are responsible for the cost which they were fine with but were rejected based on the application.  

They will lie cheat and steal to get their way like a rebellious teenager .
