We have developed buildings specifically to lease to physicians, small outpatient surgery, labs, etc.

True there is huge demand but if you are dictated by the government on what parts you can use for surgeries and they cut your pricing to the bone for volume it's not longer that attractive of a profession or many.

I was lucky to have my brain annuerism at home when she was around just two days before my scheduled surgery that was preventive towards what happened.  

I found out last evening a tenant of 6 years fell taking a shortcut tot he dumpster, he went down a grassy hill and the grass was damp / wet so he slipped,  instead of walking the paved driveway, last Friday at noon.. result he broke his leg in 2 spots and needed surgery.

Now I'm married with 5 kids and look more like Drew Carey without the glasses(thank god for lasik surgery)I crack myself up sometimes :)

They don't read 1 book on how to do surgery and say "I want to do surgery because i saw a show and that's what they were doing".

Start you marketing preperations while the house is under cosmetic surgery so you can start showing ASAP.

Setting up a single-member LLC is not exactly brain surgery.

I did some research for a client of mine regarding a raffle of cosmetic surgery and raffles appear to be gambling (at least in the state he wanted to do it).It may be different if you were doing it for charity -- as in, all proceeds go to the charity and no one profits from it.

I would love to be able to say this is what i am gonna do - but it doesn't look so good right now.. ps-i am studying for my CA RE license, so i do know a tiny bit.I want to write SOOOOOOOOOO much more about this seminar/sales pitch.. but I just had a minor outpatient surgery done to my right index finger and it's a BEAR to type..
