I'm a big believer in this Surban life, as I see more and more young people from Seattle moving to this town because it is charming and affordable.As far as people renting, I don't see that in Surban, but I do see that more in urban.

You can also partner up with a more experienced investor if you bring something to the table (cash, time, experience, charm etc)If you're already networking keep it up!
