I just got an email from the husband mentioning his work schedule was changed and he wondered if it would be ok that just his wife did the walk-through.Not to be so conservative, but in today's litigious society, I feel a bit at risk with only myself and the female spouse doing the walk-through without the husband present.I'm sure I'm not the only one to face this dilemma.What is your experience BP?

If you are really interested in decentralized organizations (like blockchains), there is a book out there I would recommend that is called "The Spider and the Starfish" that discusses the power, adaptability, and resiliency of decentralized organizations in our society.

They can be societies problems not mine as a business owner.

Some landlords get in with a campus group (think engineering honor society) and get students from that group who will graduate in different years.

My concern is trying to break out of the local perception of the adjacent town and trying to pull b class tenants in a c class area again only due to the reputation of the town as a whole.

you may be running into the negative perception of wholesalers who tie up property with no means to actually close. and if they cant assign the contract they walk . 

If you have plenty of activity but no requests to rent, the cost is too high in perception to what the tenant is getting or giving up.

Society as a whole seems to have a tough time learning.

The country is moving more and more toward a renter society, and multi has better cash flow over time than SFR.If I saw that deal and didn't jump on it, it would be one of those I regret missing.
