It can be trained to provide an initial analysis but I agree, nothing replaces expertise and sound underwriting. 

The great thing about BRRRR is that it allows you to keep recycling your initial cash, which makes it easier to scale quickly while building cash flow and equity.Flipping homes, in my opinion, is more of a job than an investment.

We were initially looking out of state for a potential move and or investment property just because the property taxes without being able to homestead, plus high cost of insurance, and harsh weather on homes made me feel like it might not be worth it.

You can save a lot on costs if you do many repairs yourself.Look into hard money lenders or private lenders for the initial purchase and rehab.Connect with wholesalers, agents specializing in investment properties, and other BRRRR investors to find deals and learn more.

I was thinking more of like either refinancing my current VA loan or getting a HELOC and using the equity I have to acquire rentals and potentially doing the BRRRR method to recoup my initial investment.

It was initially looking like we were making progress but it appears the project is stalled for the past 2.5 months.

While time consuming, I did learn a lot and was within $2,000 of my initial budget.

Maybe I’m wrong but I had to do that on our STR (Ring) and Wyze also requires close proximity on initial setup.
