Often times when I'm trying to find one of my old posts, the only way I can find it is to scroll through the pages and pages of them listed under "All Posts" for me. 

If you scroll down the forum categories... way down to the bottom, you'll see Local Real Estate, clicking on California Real Estate Forums has a link to different areas, jump in and ask about your area.

Scroll your mouse over the "Education" tab at the top of the screen.

As far as tenants go, look at the education tab and scroll down to guides.

Especially in a bigger town where people have plenty of options and listings to scroll through? 

This will identify the retail price ranges, in which you can list the rehabbed property and the price ranges, of distressed homes, you should target.Go to the website bestplaces.net and search best places using zip codes and a map will pop up looking, for housing stats and look for chart scrolling down looking for value of owner occupied.

If you have 4 ads and a local map, you'll have to scroll down to see organic results.

One of the BP podcasts was about nothing but asset protection if you want to scroll through and find it -- I found it informative.

DON'T click on the investor ADs - that costs them money and no one wants wholesaler leads coming through their paid advertising targeted at motivated home sellers.DO scroll below the ads and look at the natural search results.
