I was interested getting information on the cost of building a new house in Riverside county or San Bernardino County.

San Diego County vacancy rate surged to 6.36% in Spring 2024, up from 3.9% in Spring 2023.

This Millpond Ct property was an exciting opportunity due to its prime location in San Juan Capistrano, CA, and its untapped potential.

I also looked at cheaper markets because I'm just getting started in my real estate investing career, so it's just more realistic for me to go into a cheaper that's more likely to cash flow for now (I want to enter San Diego market eventually, but it'll likely be a few years)3.
