I have my offices for our restaurants/real estate in the fourth unit, since it was a commercial space.

The "big" firms like AA may get a lot of hype but they generally can't compete on the next level tax strategies (Family office type strategies) nor customer service as their employee turnover is quite high.  

If this was me, I would leverage my equity into a commercial office/retail/industrial multi-unit or multi-family property.

It might not be the greatest return ever, but it would allow for some revenue to come in when it is vacant.Thanks for your input!

I moved to a new state and was curious to see if I should open a new LLC for a new state and if anyone had reccomendations other than a local attorneys office to create one.

seems to be with the power of REI nation in the market place wholesalers would be lined up to present deals to U guys first .. invite them into your offices and give them the tour like you do your retail buyers..

Through your LLC in the US, you can set up a virtual office in Spain.

Being the highest quality locaitons in all of MS or at least central MS you get the very best tenants.. then my office staff handled the monthly collections.. so hybrid.
